Our vision
About the institute
Clarity Today,
Dignity Always.
We help professionals and leaders make sense of work, grow with purpose and lead people fairly.
Why CCI exists
Good people should not have to face difficult work alone.
For years, colleagues, friends and friends of friends came to Esther Murungi with questions they were carrying quietly: “Am I imagining this?” “Should I leave?” “How do I raise this without destroying my career?”
After a lifetime in human resources, Esther could often see the pattern before they could. She wrote those patterns down in How Not to Lead, then shaped her approach into a structured program through the S.H.I.E.L.D. Framework™.
In 2026, that work became The Corporate Clarity Institute. CCI exists so professionals can find their options and managers can learn to lead people fairly—with clarity, skill and dignity.
